minimal wifi multicast scenario 

ns-3 Wifi handles multicast traffic different in non-QoS and QoS WifiNetDevices.

For non-QoS it works flawless, with QoS ns-3 crashes. 

The attached file wifi-multicast.cc contains a minimal scenario to demonstrate the bug.
