Correction

As per RFC 3626, OLSR_NEIGH_HOLD_TIME should be 3 times OLSR_REFRESH_INTERVAL and not 3 times the HELLO interval.

Agreed.

Although it comes a little too late for NS 3.7; don't commit just yet.
